SCOPE OF THE CONGRESS

Our congress is open to original academic studies from all core disciplines. Sessions will be organized thematically and by discipline, and papers can be submitted and presented in English, Turkish, and Arabic.

The congress is international in nature and meets the criteria for Associate Professorship (Doçentlik) and Academic Incentive in Türkiye.

IMPORTANT DATES

• Deadline for Abstract Submission: October 15, 2025

• Payment and Final Registration: October 10–20, 2025

• Congress Program Announcement: November 5, 2025

• On-site Presentations: December 2–3, 2025 (mandatory on-site sessions will be held)

• Online Presentations: December 2–4, 2025 via Zoom

• Full Paper Submission: December 1–5, 2025
  (Please do not send before or after these dates. Full paper submission is optional; abstracts alone may also be published.)

• Congress Book with ISBN Publication Date: December 15, 2025 (definitive date)

Note: Sending a similarity report (max 25%) with your full text will speed up the review process.

 

PARTICIPATION OPTIONS

• Online Participation: Present your paper online via Zoom. Zoom ID and password will be published together with the congress program.

• On-site Participation: Will be held at the Mövenpick Hotel, Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, where on-site participants will also be accommodated.

 

REGISTRATION FEES

• Online Participation:
  • Single paper – 1750 TL
  • Two papers – 2250 TL

• On-site Participation:
  • Single paper – 3500 TL
  • Two papers – 4000 TL

  ⚠️ On-site participation is not possible without purchasing the accommodation and travel package.

• Azerbaijani Citizens:
  • Single paper – 50 AZM
  • Two papers – 60 AZM

Note: Upon receiving your acceptance letter, you must complete payment by October 20, 2025 and send the receipt via email.

All digital services (paper tracking, program publishing, paper publication, online and on-site session services, etc.) are provided by Vetrolife Organization. Payments should be made to Haliç Publishing (account details below).

ASSOCIATE PROFESSORSHIP & ACADEMIC INCENTIVE

• Participation from at least 25 countries

• Papers are peer-reviewed

• 45% quota for participants from Türkiye

• Meets criteria for Doçentlik and Academic Incentive

• Official university confirmation letters will be provided to participants after the congress

 

CONGRESS LANGUAGES

• Turkish, English, and Arabic

• Abstracts must be submitted in English

• Full papers may be in Turkish or English

• If full text is in Turkish, an English abstract must be included

• Presentations may be delivered in Turkish or English

ONLINE APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Submit your abstract by October 15, 2025 to info@scienceegypt.org

2. Review process: 2–3 days. If accepted, you will receive an acceptance letter.

3. Upon acceptance, complete payment by October 20, 2025 and send the receipt.

4. Full text submission is optional; abstracts alone can be published.

⚠️ Abstracts must include: ORCID number, phone number, and English abstract.

FULL TEXT GUIDELINES

• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt

• Line spacing: 1.25

• Headings: Bold, uppercase

• Structure: Abstract, Introduction, Research & Findings, Conclusion, References

• Style: APA format

• Length: Minimum 5 pages

ON-SITE APPLICATION PROCEDURE

• Group travel from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport with return and accommodation included.

• Submit abstract by October 15, 2025 to info@scienceegypt.org, specifying “on-site participation.”

• Once accepted, pay the registration fee, then purchase the Travel & Accommodation Package.

• Family members and friends may also join by purchasing the package (no paper fee required for them).

• Independent participation (without the package) is not allowed.

Travel & Accommodation Package Includes:

• Round-trip flight (Istanbul – Sharm El Sheikh)

• Airport-hotel transfers

• 4 nights, 5 days at a 5-star hotel (all-inclusive)

• On-site presentation sessions

Package Fees:

• Single room: 960 EUR (installments up to 6 months)

• Double room (per person): 780 EUR (installments up to 6 months)
