​SCOPE OF THE CONGRESS

Our congress is open to original academic studies from all core disciplines. Sessions will be organized thematically and by discipline, and papers can be submitted and presented in English, Arabic and Turkish

• Deadline for Abstract Submission: March 15, 2026

• Payment and Final Registration: March 10-20, 2026

• Congress Program Announcement: March 25, 2026

• On-site Presentations: April 17-18, 2026

• Online Presentations: April 17-18, 2026 via Zoom

• Full Paper Submission: April 20-25, 2026
  (Please do not send before or after these dates. Full paper submission is optional; abstracts alone may also be published.)

• Congress Book with ISBN Publication Date: May 5, 2026 (definitive date)

Note: Sending a similarity report (max 25%) with your full text will speed up the review process.

 

PARTICIPATION OPTIONS

• Online Participation: Present your paper online via Zoom. Zoom ID and password will be published together with the congress program.

• On-site Participation: Will be held at the Novotel

 

REGISTRATION FEES

• Online Participation:
  • Single paper – 50 USD
  • Two papers – 70 USD

• On-site Participation:
  • Single paper – 200 USD
  • Two papers – 250 USD

  ⚠️ On-site participation is not possible without purchasing the accommodation and travel package.

• Azerbaijani Citizens:
  • Single paper – 50 AZM
  • Two papers – 60 AZM

Note: Upon receiving your acceptance letter, you must complete payment by October 20, 2025 and send the receipt via email.

All digital services (paper tracking, program publishing, paper publication, online and on-site session services, etc.) are provided by London Sovereign Corporate. Payments should be made to (account details will be added).

INTERNATIONAL ACCREDITATION

• Participation from at least 10 countries

• Papers are peer-reviewed

• Official university confirmation letters will be provided to participants after the congress

 

CONGRESS LANGUAGES

• English, Arabic and Turkish

• Abstracts must be submitted in English

• Full papers should be Engilish, Arabic or Turkish

• If full text is in Arabic or Turkish; English abstract must be included

• Presentations may be delivered in English, Arabic or Turkish

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Submit your abstract by March 15, 2026 to office@iksadinstitute.org 

2. Review process: 2–3 days. If accepted, you will receive an acceptance letter.

3. Upon acceptance, complete payment by March 20, 2026 and send the receipt.

4. Full text submission is optional; abstracts alone can be published.

⚠️ Abstracts must include: ORCID number, phone number, and English abstract.

• Headings: Bold, uppercase

• Structure: Abstract, Introduction, Research & Findings, Conclusion, References

• Style: APA format

• Length: Minimum 5 pages
