CONGRESS SCOPE
The Congress welcomes original academic contributions from all major disciplines. Discipline- and topic-based sessions will be organized in which papers may be written and presented in English, Turkish, or Arabic.

Deadline for Abstract Submission: July 1, 2026
Announcement of the Congress Programme: July 10, 2026
In-Person Presentations: July 28–29, 2026
Online Presentations: July 27–31, 2026, via Zoom
Submission of Full Papers: August 1–5, 2026 (please do not submit before or after these dates; full-paper submission is optional, as abstracts may also be published)
Publication of the Congress Proceedings Book (with ISBN): August 20, 2026 (this date is final)
Important Note: When submitting your full paper, we kindly ask you to also submit a similarity report (maximum 25%) in order to expedite the peer-review process. Please observe the points above carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
PARTICIPATION FORMATS
Online Participation: Presentations may be delivered online via the Zoom platform. The Zoom meeting ID and password will be announced together with the Congress programme. Application procedures are detailed below.
In-Person Participation: In-person sessions will be held at the Turquoise Beach Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, where the in-person participants will also be accommodated. Application procedures are detailed below.

CONGRESS LANGUAGES
The languages of the Congress are Turkish, English, and Arabic.

Abstracts may be submitted in English only.

Full papers may be written in either Turkish or English.

Presentations may be delivered in either Turkish or English.

If the full paper is written in Turkish, an English abstract must be included.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Applications are made by submitting an abstract. Abstracts must be sent to office@iksadinstitute.org no later than July 1, 2026.

The abstract evaluation process takes approximately 2–3 days on average. If your abstract is accepted by the reviewers, an acceptance letter will be sent to you.

Full-paper submission is not mandatory. The abstract alone may also be published in the Congress Proceedings Book with ISBN.
Important: Your abstract submission must include your ORCID number, your mobile phone number, and an English abstract. At the publication stage, your mobile phone number and e-mail address will be removed from the Proceedings Book and will not be shared with third parties.
ABSTRACT AND FULL PAPER WRITING GUIDELINES

Times New Roman, 12-point font. (Article title, author names, institutional affiliations, e-mail addresses, abstract, and all keywords must be in 12-point font. For figures, tables, and similar elements, the font size may be determined by the author as appropriate.)

Line spacing should be 1.25. Do not use a left indent at the beginning of paragraphs.

Main headings must be written in BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS.

Full papers must be at least 5 pages long.

Full papers must include ABSTRACT, INTRODUCTION, RESEARCH AND FINDINGS, CONCLUSION, and REFERENCES as separate headings.

Full papers must follow the APA 7th Edition referencing style.
